This policy explains how Brother Thomas Online (“we”) handles information when you visit this website or buy The Gentle Morning Mobility Guide.
Information we collect
- Purchase information. When you buy, our payment processor Stripe collects your payment details, name, email address, and billing country. We receive your email address, the amount paid, and the payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
- Delivery information. We use your email address to send your download link and order-related messages.
- Anonymous usage information. To improve the page, we record how it is used: page visits, which buttons and sections are viewed or clicked, how far the page is scrolled, active time on the page, page-load speed, device type, the app or website you came from, and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link you followed. We also record your approximate location (country, state, and city) as provided by our hosting provider. We do not store your IP address, and we do not collect information about your health.
- Advertising measurement (only with your permission). If you click “Accept” in our cookie notice, we load the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, which sets Meta cookies and tells Meta when the page is viewed, when checkout starts, and when a purchase is completed. For purchases, we also send Meta a hashed (encrypted one-way) version of your email address and your billing country through Meta's Conversions API, so Meta can measure our ads. We never send health information or the name of the product. If you click “Decline,” or don't choose, none of this happens. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
Cookies
bt_vid— random visitor ID for anonymous visit counts (30 days).bt_utm— the campaign tags of the link you arrived from, so we can tell which campaigns lead to purchases (30 days).bt_consent— remembers your choice in the cookie notice (180 days)._fbp,_fbc— Meta advertising cookies, set only if you accept (up to 90 days).
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not record your visits with our own analytics.
How we use information
To process your order, deliver your files, provide support, prevent fraud, handle refunds, and understand which campaigns work, in aggregate.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, our hosting provider, and — only if you accept advertising cookies — Meta Platforms for ad measurement. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting, and legal obligations. Anonymous analytics events are deleted after 180 days.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by writing to support@brothertomas.online. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
